How This Program Works

Foundations Onboarding

New members complete a foundations course covering the fundamental movements — squat, hinge, push, pull and core — before joining group WODs.

Daily WOD Programming

Each day's workout is programmed with specific loading and scaling options so beginners and advanced athletes train together effectively.

Movement Coaching

Coaches provide technique feedback on every complex movement. Form is never sacrificed for time — safety is built into every session.
