How This Program Works

Fundamentals Assessment

New boxers start with stance, footwork and the basic four punches. Your coach assesses your natural athleticism and designs your learning progression accordingly.

Pad Work & Bag Work

Structured pad sessions with your trainer develop timing, combination flow and punch accuracy. Bag rounds build power and endurance.

Sparring (Optional)

When technically ready, members can participate in light, controlled sparring sessions under coach supervision — always with proper headgear and mouthguards.

Competitive Preparation

For those aiming to compete, we provide full fight camp preparation including strategy, conditioning and mental preparation for bout day.
